  Who Can Join?
  We welcome individuals from all walks of life. Whether you’re a student, a working professional, or retired, there’s a place for you here. No prior experience is required—we provide all necessary training and gear.
  Basic Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old (Junior program available for ages 14–17)
• Live in or near Fell Township
• Be willing to commit time for training and emergency response
• Have a strong sense of teamwork and community spirit
  Roles Available
• Firefighter
• Emergency Medical Responder
• Support Staff (fundraising, logistics, community outreach)
• Junior Firefighter (ages 14–17)
